1. How long will delivery take, and what are my options? We currently offer the following:
As fitting of emergency products, we prioritise speed of delivery.
- Standard orders within Singapore will take between 3-4 working days.
- Free Standard Shipping (to Singapore and Malaysia) will take between 7-12 working days.

2. Yikes, I received an item that’s defective or wasn’t as advertised!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. While we strive to deliver best quality items to our customers, factors negatively affecting it (such as damage during transit) may occur.
We care about each customer we serve. So if you're having problems, we’d be grateful if you could contact us first before leaving a negative review!
3. So what can I return the item for?
You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method, or exchange for the same product
4. What are some of the conditions?
Our return and exchange policy includes the following conditions:
- Under 7 days from the date you receive the item
- Item must be in the original packaging, and have original tags on (where applicable)
- Video or photograph proof of the item defect
Simply email us at support@edenley.com with your name, order number, and proof of defect and we’ll get back to you.
6. Who pays for the return shipping?
If the item was defective and through no fault of yours, we’ll pay for the cost of shipping.
